Open

Molly is sitting in a hallway window seat, sewing idly. She's quiet, still, but weeks have passed, and she's begun to relax a little after all that happened with Caliban and Niko. The small flowers she's embroidering are going slower for the fact she spends about half her time looking out the window. But she would enjoy seeing a friend, or perhaps making a new one, despite the lingering sadness that hasn't altogether gone from her.

Venturing out (open)

Molly has been, more or less exclusively in Sagramore's rooms since Caliban's attack. However, it is not in her temperament to say put indefinitely. She's out today, a shawl over her hair and shoulders, making the still-angry wound on her neck nearly impossible to spot. She's quiet, and uncharacteristically small. She seems every inch a common girl who is not yet twenty. Molly is not going anywhere in particular - she just needs to walk, today.

sad

Attn: Sagramore (and perhaps Courfeyrac)

Sagramore, assuming he is in his room, would be treated to a shaky but loud knock on his door, late at night. Should he be in a state to open it, he'll find Molly there in a dressing gown, hair loose. She is very pale, which makes both the blotches from tear stains and the blood on her neck stand out more vividly. She looks frightened to death, in short.

Openish

Molly, more or less back to her regular self, is not being incredibly diligent about her lines for Cyrano's play. She is, however, diligent about practicing her more dramatic gestures. And she's certainly quite taken with the figure she makes.

But she clearly needs an audience, so she's gone to see some of her favorite people and pester them. On the whole, except for a few pieces of missing silver jewelry, Molly's quite content with life at present, and feels it could be further improved only with good company.

Mostly for Courfeyrac, but feel free to say hello if you're so inclined.

Anti-OTP: Molly/Gabrielle

Molly, after mainly recovering from what happened with the Darkling (thank you, Aimery), is once again out and about. She's gathering flowers today - no particular reason, but that they look pretty. Her various beaux have been sharing food enough she's not had to work yet, which allows her to sit on the porch and weave flowers into chains.

Shaken

Molly got in over her head, and the crackplot wore off on her much earlier than Caliban likely suspected at the time. Her memories of everything that happened are fresh and untinted by magic.

Which, perhaps, is why she's shut in her room, the door unable to completely hide the sound of her muffled sobs.

Open Post

Molly's crackplot was mild, and as such was short-lived. Now she's back to her normal self, and is out looking for a friend to talk to (or perhaps frolic with, depending on the friend). It's been awhile since she's seen Sagramore or Courfeyac, but any one would be welcome on such a lovely summer day.

Edit: This post now takes place before the crackplot, instead of after. For obvious reasons in the subsequent post.

Open...for kisses?

Molly has been Snow White-ified, due to an enchanted apple. Or at least, she ate the apple, and now won't wake up. She seems peaceful enough, smiling a bit, but remains stubbornly asleep. Cal, good lad that he is, brought her back to the Mansion after failing to wake her. Now she's just waiting for her true love's kiss, it would seem. Though it's Molly, so it's hard to be sure.

Anti-OTP: Molly/Gabrielle

With no plothole, Molly has to choose from among the dresses she'd already procured. Her door is open, and she's got several spread on the bed as she looks at herself in the mirror. It's not that she's vain, mind you. She just likes looking fine.
amused

Anti-OTP: Molly/Ganymede

Molly is making a daisy chain. She hasn't done it in several years, so it's taking a bit of concentration, but it seems like a day for making daisy chains, and she's found a patch of them appropriate to the activity. She whistling a popular air from home and quite content to have company should it appear.

For the mun's reference (ooc)

Because I'm losing track, otherwise. Molly's... partners since arriving at the Mansion.

Tom Jones
George Wickham
Curio
Denis
Zjendjan
Jonathan Strange (and what a mess that was)
Ada Clare (and Richard still doesn't know)
Tristran Thorne
Sagramore
Courfeyrac? (Honestly, the typist cannot remember, and cannot find any certain proof. Curses.)
Caliban
Rob Fellows/Puck

With profoundest apologies to any the typist has forgotten. Feel free to protest loudly in the comments.

Edit: Definitely Courfeyrac.
Also Carlo and Galdo Sanza, both at once.
And Cyrano de Bergerac.
And Pascal Rougon.

Picnic!

Molly has decided it is officially warm enough to drag the people in her life out to a picnic in the gardens. No invitations, since it's Molly, but she is delightfully oblivious to any sense of planning which of her friends will go well together and which ones won't. So Curio, Sagramore, Linden, Rosencrantz, Tom, Ada and pretty much anyone else Molly has met and last parted with on good terms are going to be roped into eating outside among the daffodils. And drinking, probably liberally drinking. It's spring, after all.

T: Since everyone trying to RP in sequence is a bit impractical, if you pup would like to come, feel free to RP with Molly and/or any other pups in subsequent threads below.</t>

Open post

Molly is sprawled on her bed, eating an apple (in winter!) and leafing through a book. When she fetched them for Sagramore, she found a couple with photographs and pictures, and has been examining them ever since. The book she's working on currently is a collection of black and white news photos from what is, for her, the future (probably around the turn of the 20th century). She's apparently fascinated, though she still can't read a word of type.

Cake! (For Sagramore)

Molly has a basket full of goodies - cakes, mostly, but also some peppermint sticks, a small jug of mulled wine, a bit of sewing for herself and a couple books for him. She's no idea what he likes to read (and, even if she did, has no way herself to read the titles), so she's grabbed several promising-looking volumes at random. She's also tied a large green ribbon to the basket handle, to look festive, and is inordinately pleased with herself.

Open (crackplotted)

Due to crackplot, Molly has adopted a modest, high-necked dress and has twisted her hair demurely away from her face. She seems happy enough, but very subdued for anyone that knows her.

Open

Molly is still pale, but well on her way to recovery. She's wrapped in a large, woolen shawl, and is wandering about the Mansion, looking for something or someone to distract herself with. She is long done with bedrest, and mostly done with the illness. Though she's still trying to duck anyone who might try to order her back to bed.

Ill (openish)

Molly Seagrim is not in any of her usual haunts today. Whether it was the walk in the rain, or just poor coincidence, she woke today feeling awful, and didn't bother to get out of bed. And as the hours passed, the prospect didn't brighten any.

Should anyone come looking for her, they may or may not get an answer when they knock. She's been drifting in and out of consciousness for hours now, coughing a bit both awake and asleep.

Badly calculated

Molly is looking for Curio. Partially because she misses him, but paritally because she needs someone to vent to. She's had several pleasant visitors of late, and a not so pleasant one, and now she needs him to help sort her out.

(Though if anyone else decides to speak to her, she probably won't object either.)

He smiles back. "Alright."

She strokes his hair a bit. "Art not hurt beyond thy hand?"
